Overview

As a Logistics & Inventory Analyst at Zwift, you will streamline operations across Forward/Ocean Logistics, Reverse Logistics, and Warehouse Operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and resolving warehouse issues.

In Short

• Reconcile consigned inventory with warehouse transactions.
• Monitor and process warehouse fulfillment issues.
• Oversee return receipt monitoring for customer refunds.
• Manage manual inventory transfers and adjustments.
• Optimize inventory accuracy to reduce discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze key warehouse reports.
• Support monthly submission of sales volumes within EU regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong experience with inventory reconciliation and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for team interactions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
