In Short

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions
• Provide blockchain related infra and architectural support for the protocol team
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve infrastructure issues
• Monitor infrastructure performance and capacity
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Requirements

• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies
• Experience with cloud computing technologies
• Knowledge of languages such as Python, Golang, Rust, and Bash
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering
• Understanding of blockchain infrastructure
• Intrinsic motivation to take ownership of the product
• Enjoy building software product and coding
