As a Senior Domain Engineering Manager, you will lead critical domains within the Source and Supply department, optimizing team effectiveness and fostering a productive engineering culture.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering roles.
• 3+ years managing multiple engineering teams.
• Experience in retail/e-commerce domains.
• Strong system architecture and design skills.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and CI/CD.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AWS, Java, and React.
• Experience with ERP solutions is a plus.
• Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects.
