Overview

The Product Expert - Own Brands will be responsible for overseeing product specifications, quality assurance, and supplier communication to ensure the successful development and production of pet food products.

In Short

• Complete product briefings and specification sheets.
• Communicate product specifications to suppliers.
• Monitor production timelines and quality.
• Assess customer satisfaction and quality assurance reports.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in pet retail or product development.
• Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or Life Sciences.
• Familiarity with NPD processes.
• Experience managing external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of pet industry standards (FEDIAF, AAFCO).
• Understanding of feed regulations and marketing implications.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
