Overview

The CRM Campaign Manager will be responsible for creating customer-oriented communication measures and executing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance customer activation, retention, and reactivation in various markets.

Requirements

• Mastery of customer data and CRM processes.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for understanding customers.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proven experience in leading complex projects.
