Overview

The CRM Campaign Manager will be responsible for creating and executing customer-centric communications and multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, and reactivation across various markets.

• Creates customer-centric communications and executes multi-channel lifecycle campaigns.

Requirements

• First experience in Marketing Automation and CRM.
• BSc+ degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, tech, or related field.
• Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers.
• Fluent in English and French (B2 level).
