Overview

As a Senior Designer at Zoo, you will own design across our product experiences, core workflows, as well as our website, tutorials, and brand systems assets. This is a broad, high-impact role for a versatile designer who thrives moving between product design, web design, visual storytelling, and user education.

In Short

• Own design across Zoo’s full ecosystem including product, website, tutorials, and brand.
• Design intuitive product experiences for complex technical tools.
• Support website design and optimization for storytelling and brand consistency.
• Create tutorials and educational content for user onboarding.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality design implementation.
• Gather user feedback and run usability testing.
• Document design systems and workflows.
• Raise the quality bar through strong design execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, web design, or brand design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across software products.
• Exceptional UI/UX instincts for intuitive experiences.
• Professional expertise with Figma.
• Experience using AI tools in design workflows.
• Collaboration experience with engineering teams.
• Strong visual design skills including typography and layout.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple design workstreams.
