Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design.
• Proven track record in driving growth through design.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Experience in conducting user research and A/B testing.
• Expertise in managing Design Systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing growth-focused design projects.
