In Short

• Remote Minnesota business and real estate paralegal with a focus on agricultural clients
• Part-time, 20 hours per month
• The right candidate will have Minnesota business and real estate experience, and be able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Business Formation & Corporate Documents
• Entity set-ups (LLCs, etc.)
• Operating agreements
• Buy-sell agreements
• Articles of incorporation
• Asset transfers (e.g., land or property to an LLC)
• Real Estate Support
• Title and deed searches
• Drafting deeds
• Residential real estate preparations
• Agriculture land transactions (legal descriptions, titling, mortgages, easement agreements)
• Internal title research and verification

Requirements

• Experience with WealthCounsel for business document drafting
• Familiarity with agricultural clients and industry-specific documents is preferred
• Understanding of VPN server access for file sharing and remote work
