Braze Marketing Consultant - Remote

Overview

Zinovo is looking for a talented and experienced Braze Marketing Consultant to join our LATAM team. In this role, you will design and implement marketing automation and customer engagement solutions using Braze, leading technical design analysis and supporting campaign builds.

In Short

• Lead technical design analysis and documentation.
• Design and implement omnichannel customer journeys.
• Create technical, integration, and data design documentation.
• Develop and optimize messaging templates.
• Build and manage audience segmentation strategies.
• Support campaign builds including development of templates.
• Integrate Braze with external systems via APIs.
• Implement event tracking strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize engagement strategies.
• Support preference centers and subscription management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of client-facing experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Braze or similar platforms.
• 6+ years in email automation or campaign management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Braze features.
• Experience with Liquid templating language.
• Understanding of event-based architectures.
• Experience integrating Braze via APIs.
• Knowledge of data modeling and segmentation strategies.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring campaign performance.
