The Warehouse Allocation Analyst will manage daily warehouse allocation and funding activities to ensure a seamless mortgage experience.

• Execute daily warehouse allocation decisions across multiple facilities.
• Support daily warehouse funding execution and exception handling.
• Run and maintain funding and collateral reports.
• Investigate and reconcile funding variances.
• Manage daily collateral reporting and wire activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage or capital markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems like Encompass.
• Knowledge of warehouse funding flows and loan lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to candidates with non-traditional backgrounds.
