Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience on complex platforms.
• Experience designing AI-powered or data-informed products.
• Proven collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong skills in Figma, prototyping, and motion design tools.
• Ability to balance design quality and business impact.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern frontend concepts.
• Experience with AI design tools.
• Comfortable working in modern product development environments.
• Excellent communication and influence skills.
• Strong focus on user experience and trust in AI.
