Requirements

• Degree in business administration or related field
• Experience in M&A, preferably in consulting or investment banking
• Strong skills in company valuation and transaction structuring
• Excellent project management abilities
• Strategic understanding and analytical thinking
• Independent and systematic work style
• Strong communication skills in German and English
