The Commercial Insurance Team Lead will mentor and coach a team of brokers while contributing to sales, enhancing the growth of Zensurance, a leading InsurTech company in Canada.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor a team of commercial new business brokers.

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings to improve team performance.
  • Perform administrative functions such as report writing and expenditure approvals.
  • Participate in interviews and other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • RIBO license or other provincial insurance license.
  • 3-5 years of commercial broking experience in a sales role.
  • 1-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and flexibility in managing multiple clients.
  • CIP and CAIB designations are an asset.
