Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of new Taft-Hartley clients and managing the full project life cycle to ensure a seamless go-live experience.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end project implementations for Taft-Hartley clients.
• Manage project governance and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and resolve dependency challenges.
• Oversee configuration and data migration processes.
• Partner with client services to manage client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to PMO maturity.
• Facilitate testing phases and ensure readiness for go-live.
• Implement audit trails and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support a positive work environment that fosters integrity and respect.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of project leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading complex implementations in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet and Jira.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with data conversion and integration management.
• Ability to develop effective cross-functional teams.
• Excellent coaching and conflict management skills.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Understanding of Taft-Hartley plan administration preferred.
