In Short

• Design and deliver tailored library services and instruction.
• Lead the library’s information literacy programming.
• Collaborate with faculty, students, and staff.
• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of programming.
• Deliver library services both on-campus and online.
• Create engaging video tutorials and digital materials.
• Coordinate instructional activities with Student Success Librarians.
• Promote information literacy and library services.
• Research emerging trends in higher education.
• Support equity and inclusion in the library environment.

Requirements

• Master's in Library and Information Science (ALA-accredited).
• Understanding of ACRL Framework for Information Literacy.
• Experience managing library staff.
• Knowledge of APA citation style.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience delivering presentations and workshops.
• Ability to build working relationships with diverse audiences.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Passion for helping others navigate research issues.
