E-commerce Operations Intern - Remote

Founded in 2016, we are a reference point in Italy for e-commerce, providing multi-channel sales services and Fulfilment as a Service (FBY) for small and medium-sized businesses.

In Short

• Join the Operations team as an intern to support various operational tasks.
• Analyze and process data to support monthly invoicing.
• Prepare reports to monitor KPIs.
• Engage in logistical back-office activities in collaboration with internal functions and clients.
• Manage relationships with couriers and oversee the claims process.
• Handle second-level returns from end customers.

Requirements

• Student, recent graduate, or current student.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
• Teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines autonomously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong result orientation.
• Proactive and flexible.
• Preferred understanding and ability to communicate in written English.
