• As the first Product UX/UI Designer, you will shape our products' user experience and visual design.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for new and existing products.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
• Develop and maintain a design system that is easily reusable across all products.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices.
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to improve design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in UX/UI design for B2B Web-based SaaS products.
• Experience building a Design Department at an established company.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong ability to conduct and apply user research findings.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and product managers.
• Experience creating and managing a design system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.
