In Short

  • Internship focused on customer experience, business performance, and operational processes.
  • Observe in-store customer journeys and document key steps for enhancement.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing performance data (KPIs).
  • Support preparation of basic business reviews and summaries.
  • Review systems and in-store processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Gain practical insight into operations in a multi-unit, customer-facing business.
  • Flexible scheduling based on academic commitments.
  • This is a paid internship.
  • Candidate must live within the NJ/NY/PA area.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s program (Business, Operations, Hospitality, or related field preferred).
  • Strong observational, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Interest in retail, hospitality, wellness, or operations management.
