  • Track and monitor customer orders and partner jobs.
  • Provide excellent customer service through relationship building.

  • Understand supplier capabilities and execute oversight activities.
  • Manage customer complaints and report on order statuses.
  • Document case activity in the central database.
  • Comply with quality management systems.
  • Interface with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in initiatives to simplify complex processes.

Requirements

  • Prior project management, supply chain, and customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inspection methods.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and problem-solving.
