As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application functionality
• Analyze and optimize application performance for efficiency
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Knowledge of Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
