Overview

Parsons is seeking a talented LMS Manager to enhance OSINT training through online virtual delivery and to manage a comprehensive Learning Management System.

In Short

• Manage an OSINT Learning Management System (LMS).
• Enhance training through online virtual delivery.
• Provide a synthetic training environment for real-world simulations.
• Host curriculum, learning materials, and schedules.
• Log and monitor training activities for compliance.
• Develop training scenarios and content for the LMS.
• Support instructors and administrative personnel.
• Conduct analysis and research for operational planning.
• Coordinate threat assessments for leadership.
• Requires an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Ability to provide intelligence support for operations.
• Knowledge of political-military developments and military capabilities.
• Skills in research and analysis for threat assessments.
• Experience in developing analytical procedures.
• Familiarity with operational-level planning.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting analysis.
• Ability to support policy and procedure development.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience in joint and multi-lateral training exercises.
