Overview

As an AI Tutor specialized in personality and behavior, you will contribute to xAI's mission by training and refining Grok to exhibit a cohesive, engaging personality that resonates with users.

In Short

Train AI to exhibit engaging personality traits.
Identify awkward elements in AI interactions.
Enhance character consistency and humor.
Provide labels and annotations using proprietary software.
Collaborate with technical staff to improve AI's conversational ability.
Work remotely or from the Palo Alto office.
Strong self-motivation required for remote work.
Must have reliable access to a smartphone.
Work hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm PST for training.
Compensation ranges from $45 to $100 per hour.

Requirements

High proficiency in Communications, Creative Writing, or Performing Arts.
Ability to refine character traits and comedic timing.
Strong communication and improvisational skills.
Experience in crafting engaging exchanges.
Familiarity with cultural references for dynamic contributions.
Commitment to developing appealing AI traits.
