IT Service Desk Agent - Remote

Overview

The IT Service Desk Agent is responsible for handling incoming software and hardware issues in a large customer environment, providing remote support, and ensuring effective communication through ticketing systems.

In Short

• Receive incoming software and hardware issues.
• Process issues in the ticketing system: prioritization, classification, and documentation.
• Conduct error analyses and initiate measures.
• Provide first aid via remote support and offer solutions.
• Forward issues to downstream units.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or experience in IT support.
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) and good English skills.
• Proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Driver's license class B is an advantage.
• Mainly working remotely, but on-site work in Norderstedt or Kaltenkirchen is possible.
