Cleaning & Maintenance Worker - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our Cleaning & Maintenance team. In this role, you'll help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, guests, and customers by performing a variety of cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.

In Short

• Clean and sanitize floors, surfaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and public areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust regularly
• Remove trash and recycling; restock supplies
• Report safety hazards or facility issues to supervisors
• Perform light maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, minor repairs)
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good physical stamina; able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25–30 lbs
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is helpful, but not required — we provide training
• Reliable transportation (for jobs with multiple sites)
