FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A Analyst to support our financial planning and decision-making processes as we scale. The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in our Finance team by assisting in managing core financial reporting processes, administering and optimizing Workday Adaptive Insights, and partnering with our G&A functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Facilities, etc.) to drive transparency and efficiency in financial planning.

In Short

• Serve as primary admin for Workday Adaptive Insights
• Optimize integration with source systems like Workday Financials and NetSuite
• Manage monthly and quarterly close reporting processes
• Own and improve recurring reporting packages and templates
• Assist with board deliverables and presentations
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
• Act as finance contact for G&A leaders
• Facilitate quarterly planning cycles with G&A business leaders
• Work with Benefits and Accounting on forecasting models
• Collaborate in a remote-first workspace

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with effective planning and multi-tasking abilities
• Prior experience in SaaS businesses preferred
