Overview

The Medical Director in Medical Affairs plays a crucial role in clinical investigations, collaborating with various teams to support the design and execution of clinical development programs.

In Short

  • Collaborates with project teams to process Serious Adverse Events (SAEs).
  • Provides medical input into study protocols and research papers.
  • Supports Business Development through proposal generation and feasibility assessments.
  • Assists in the preparation of study reports and other documentation.
  • Maintains competence with project developments and therapeutic advances.
  • Mentors other medical staff as directed by Senior Management.
  • Displays exemplary work ethics, compassion, and integrity.
  • Participates in internal meetings and reviews relevant literature.
  • Requires a Medical Degree with a focus on Psychiatry or Neurology.
  • At least 2 years of medical monitoring experience in a CRO.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Strong spoken and written English skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel as required.
