Overview

The Course Leader Manager joins the fast-paced Course Leader Management Team in support of our mission to provide a world class on tour experience for our students through experiential learning and LEAP.

In Short

• Manage domestic US Course Leaders from recruitment to training.
• Assist with Course Leader training development and execution.
• Analyze data and budgets for Course Leader scheduling.
• Reinforce engagement strategies with Course Leaders.
• Collaborate with Curriculum and Academics for training materials.
• Support Course Leaders on program.
• Evaluate Course Leaders in the field.
• Maintain Course Leader databases and information systems.
• Ensure accurate documentation and knowledge of company policies.
• Foster communication within the division and with management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to develop and execute plans.
