Product Manager for BRAIN Platform - Remote

WorldQuant develops and deploys systematic financial strategies across a broad range of asset classes and global markets. In Short

• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch review and iteration.
• Track the impact of newly launched features on the BRAIN platform, including competition and simulation features.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate new product features and measure their effectiveness.
• Partner with the engineering team to evaluate technical feasibility and cost-benefit analysis during feature planning.
• Wireframing and light prototyping.
• Understand BRAIN user personas, journeys, and core needs to inform product decisions.
• Collect and synthesize user feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in A/B testing and data-driven product development.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Plotly Dash or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of interpreting A/B testing results and user metrics to optimize product performance.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal) in a professional working environment.
