• Accurately manage and process incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to clients regarding cabin availability, amenities, pricing, and local attractions.
• Ensure guest information and preferences are accurately captured and communicated.
• Deliver exceptional service by addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• Process payments, manage invoicing, and handle financial transactions associated with reservations.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional services and amenities.
• Manage and resolve issues or emergencies that arise during a guest’s stay.

Requirements

• Must be 18 and coachable.
• Must have a phone (laptop preferred but not required).
• Good internet connection required.
• Ability to handle working under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage client needs with little to no supervision.
• Eagerness and capacity to learn.
