Working Student Executive Assistance (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

This working student position allows you to connect your studies with real insights into top management. You will work closely with the CEO and CFO, contributing to strategic projects, preparing financial data, and immersing yourself in the decision-making process of a growing company. This is the perfect preparation for careers in management, consulting, or private equity.

In Short

• Research, analysis, and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Preparation of KPI meetings, town halls, and board meetings
• Support in financial reporting and monthly evaluations
• Maintenance and development of KPI dashboards
• Appointment management, follow-ups, and communication interfaces
• Creation of management presentations and decision templates

Requirements

• Studies in business administration, economics, or comparable (Bachelor or Master)
• Strong interest in strategic topics and corporate management
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
• Trustworthy handling of sensitive data
• Very good German and English skills
