Overview

The Technical Support Delivery Analyst at Workday is responsible for providing technical support to customers and consultants on complex products and systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability of critical infrastructures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking.
  • Experience with monitoring tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
