In Short

Build and evolve backend systems and APIs in Django.
Own architecture decisions: scalability, reliability, maintainability.
Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Apply clean code practices, design patterns, and strong system design principles.
Collaborate on frontend work in React.
Use and improve AI-assisted development workflows.
Strong experience in full-stack development with a backend focus.
Solid knowledge of architecture, design patterns, and clean-code practices.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD.
Familiarity with modern development workflows and tooling.

Requirements

Strong experience in full-stack development, with a backend focus.
Solid knowledge of architecture, design patterns, and clean-code practices.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD.
Heavy testing and QA practices.
Comfort working across the stack: React + Django.
Familiarity with modern development workflows and tooling, including AI-assisted development.
Bonus: exposure to (or curiosity for) Go and/or Rust.
