Overview

We’re hiring a Survey Programming & Fieldwork Manager to join our growing Custom Insights Team. This is a hands-on role responsible for executing the operational backbone of our custom survey projects.

In Short

Build and program surveys using online survey platforms.
Translate investor-focused questionnaires into technically sound surveys.
Coordinate with external panel providers for targeting and quotas.
Manage redirects and incentive flows across survey platforms.
Conduct QA checks to ensure surveys are error-free.
Monitor live fieldwork performance and resolve issues.
Export and clean survey data for analysis and delivery.
Document best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience with survey programming and online survey tools.
Strong analytical skills to monitor data quality.
