Freelance Virtual Design Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking to hire a skilled Design Specialist with the desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The Design Specialist’s responsibilities can include but are not limited to; creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs that seamlessly integrate form and function.

In Short

• Work days of Monday-Friday, & Saturdays
• Weekday hours 8am-5pm (Central Time, OT available)
• Create detailed sketches, 3D models, or digital renderings, floor plans, & site plans
• Incorporate design revisions based on client and/or team input
• Review project timelines, milestones, and tasks
• Engage in creative brainstorming and sketching sessions
• Collaborate with technical architects or engineers
• Ability to learn construction from Planning Manager & Project Coordinators

Requirements

• Reliable internet service
• Ability to speak English with a neutral accent
• Type in English with good grammar
• Open to overtime hours
• Quiet workspace
• Video camera availability
