Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with 2 years in fine-tuning large language models.

• Strong understanding of fine-tuning and orchestration trade-offs.
• Proficiency with model training workflows and scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with low-latency inference environments.
