Supervisor, Utilization Management - Remote

Overview

The Supervisor of Utilization Management will oversee daily operations and provide coaching and evaluation of licensed clinical staff at Mass General Brigham Health Plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• MA Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• 3-5 years of experience in managed care.
• Knowledge of utilization management required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and McKesson InterQual.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet regulatory requirements.
