Overview

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech and language disorders in patients at the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Cape and Islands Corporation.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech Therapy required.
  • State License for Speech-language Pathology required.
  • BLS Certification required.
  • Experience in an acute hospital setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary.
  • Ability to perform clinical services independently.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
