The Gene and Cell Therapy Institute (GCTI) at Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to support genome editing and CRISPR projects, contributing to transformative genetic medicine.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genomics, or related field.
• Strong expertise in molecular biology techniques.
• Extensive experience with CRISPR-based genome editing.
• Hands-on experience with molecular cloning methods.
• Ability to analyze sequencing data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with bioinformatics tools is a plus.
• Experience in a core facility or industry setting preferred.
• Familiarity with iPSC culture and differentiation is a plus.
• Experience with prime editing and base editing workflows preferred.
