Overview

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation, specifically in the behavioral health field.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Registered Nurse [RN - Massachusetts] license required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• De-escalation training required within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred experience in psychiatric and geriatric nursing.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Physical ability to perform nursing tasks.
• Must comply with organizational policies.
• Must be able to handle the physical demands of the role.
