Overview

The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a Per Diem Medical Assistant II to support the pulmonary practice with a focus on patient care and collaboration with healthcare providers.

In Short

• Support onsite operations Monday through Friday.
• Pick up a minimum of 2, 8-hour shifts a month.
• Work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Assist during office visits and perform clinically appropriate tasks.
• Maintain clean and safe patient care areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• 0-1 year of direct Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in busy environments.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and EHR systems.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of patient care protocols.
