Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Primary Care - Remote

Overview

The Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Nurse Manager or licensed clinical leader, collaborating with other team members to ensure exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Trade/Technical/Vocational Diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• 0-1 year of medical experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of patient education and engagement techniques.
• Ability to accurately perform vital signs.
• Ability to administer medications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and tests.
• Professional demeanor and courtesy in patient interactions.
