The Managed Care Services Representative is responsible for obtaining and managing insurance referrals for patient visits, ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols and effective communication with patients and providers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Registration, Scheduling, and Insurance Authorization.
• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work in teams.
• Proficient in office software and EPIC system.
• 5 years of customer service experience required.
• Ability to prioritize and follow through with responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
