Overview

The Digital Intern at Mass General Brigham will support the McLean Tech Services team by assisting in hardware deployment, technical support, and project participation.

In Short

• Support McLean Tech Services team in deploying and maintaining hospital issued hardware.
• Participate in various projects including Windows upgrades and device inventory.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues for hospital end-users.
• Organize and maintain ServiceNow tickets and inventory management.
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• 80% of the time spent onsite with flexible onsite days.
• Remote work requires a stable and compliant workstation.
• Must be enrolled in an Undergraduate Degree program.
• Excellent management and communication skills required.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions is essential.
