Overview

The Clinical Social Worker will work within the integrated Behavioral Health outpatient clinic at NEW Health, focusing on community health and providing psychotherapy as part of a dynamic, supportive team.

In Short

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Located at 15 Tufts St, Charlestown, with potential work at North End site.
• $3K Sign-On Bonus for eligible non-MGB employees.
• Must be an independently licensed clinician (LICSW or LMHC).

Requirements

• Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required.
• 3+ years post-licensure experience preferred.
• Experience with adults and/or children and adolescents.
• Knowledge of socio-political factors affecting patient care.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience navigating healthcare systems and advocating for patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for community health and integrated care.
• Familiarity with various treatment modalities.
