Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school with current registration in Massachusetts.
• 2+ years of current experience in Burn Trauma ICU required.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing for newly licensed nurses.
• Membership in professional organizations recommended.
• Certification in specialty area encouraged.
• Ability to work under stress and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrated observational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to apply hospital standards in service.
