Work with clients for successful adoption of Modern Workplace technology, primarily Microsoft 365.
Analyze, design, and develop change, communications, and training plans.
Hands-on delivery of communications and training.
Manage key stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience helping people make the most of their technology.
Ability to write clear communication and create exciting Change and Adoption campaigns.
Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in technology-led change and adoption projects; Microsoft 365 knowledge ideal.
Understanding of Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR.
