Corporate FP&A Lead - Remote

We are looking for a Corporate FP&A Lead to support the corporate financial planning and analysis function, driving key strategic financial initiatives, and providing strategic and financial insights to support decision-making and drive the company’s growth.

In Short

• Support the development of annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial and operating analytics and reporting packages.
• Collaborate with accounting, HR, and operations teams.
• Serve as the finance business partner to corporate functions.
• Assist with special projects and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
• Partner with various teams to define and manage Company-wide KPIs.
• Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years in strategic/corporate finance or investment banking.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated success in building collaborative working relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Process-oriented with a focus on scalable solutions.
