• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through inbound and outbound strategies.
• Engage with leads to qualify their needs, budget, and timeline.
• Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with prospects.
• Book qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team.
• Update and manage prospect data in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
• Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen sales skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and grow.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
