Security Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Looking for a cloud or GRC engineer with experience or strong interest in cyber security.
• Work on vulnerability management and cloud security posture management.
• Develop and support a company-wide Data Loss Prevention program.
• Provide and maintain hardened base images for system and endpoint hardening.
• Develop automations for compliance evidencing.
• Maintain and improve security infrastructure in AWS.
• Collaborate with teams and external stakeholders.
• Opportunity to work remotely (within and outside of the UK, restrictions apply).
• Starting salary: £60,000-£80,000 + RSUs.
• Real impact in shaping security infrastructure.

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate and communicate technical topics clearly.
• Basic understanding of cloud concepts.
• Experience in cyber security domains or strong interest in learning.
• Programming experience (e.g., Java, Golang, Python).
• Familiarity with Unix systems and networking protocols.
• Nice to have: Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and vulnerability scanning.
